State of the art double apartment on 111 square meters.
Final cleaning, bed linen & towels, internet etc are included.
High standard and decorated in light, Nordic style with tasteful design.
The hall has a drying cabinet.
Two bedrooms with double beds in each room. Bed sofa (130 cm) in the living room. Plus a studio 0f 25 square meters with double bed, own bathroom and pentry.
A bathroom with shower, toilet, sauna and washing machine. A guest toilet with wc and wash basin.
Large living room with living area, kitchen and dining area. Flat screen TV & DVD, and stove / fireplace (free firewood) and exit to the patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Other: Telephone, hairdryer, wireless internet, cable TV, barbecue. Private ski storage room just outside the apartment. Parking.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets not allowed. Min.age for responsible tenant: 25 years.
Check in at the reception Saturday from 16 o’clock. Check out the following Saturday by 10 am.
The apartment is located next to the hotel Holiday Club hotel where restaurants, wellness, sauna world, fitness center, spa facilities, bowling, mini golf, and LAB with daily activities for children.
Holiday Club is located at Åresjöns beach, about 200 meters from the railway station, big food storage, shopping and city center. Ski bus is available, or
