Guest house at 50 meters, in the beautiful Överby in Värmdö, far out into Stockholm's stunning archipelago.
The house seats five people and completely renovated in late 2009.
Two bedrooms, shower and toilet, living room and kitchen in open plan.
One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed (120cm width) and in the other room are bunk beds (90cm wide). Sofa bed in the living room.
Bed linen and towels available for hire, are booked in the cabin.
The house is fully equipped and has all the amenities.
Kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven.
TV and radio.
A clean bathroom with shower and toilet.
(During the summer months there is outdoor furniture on the patio and barbecue available for guests).
The area is very peaceful and pleasant.
On Överby are beautiful sea, islands and a wonderful natural beauty.
Opportunities to fish at Överby port, about ten minutes walk from the house.
There is a rich animal life in Värmdö, and not rare animals such as elk, deer and foxes in the wild.
During the summer months
Överby-Vindo Homeowners Association organizes summer midsummer, swimming school, etc.
A multi-tal fine bath nearby.
Large bath with rocks, diving tower and sandy beach and Gulf of Children who have a very shallow beach.
WITHIN REACH
A couple of nice restaurants, enriching Vindo restaurant and Abborrkrogen.
On Djurö (about 9 km) includes a well-stocked ICA store, tobacco trade, bakery etc.
And a nice restaurant - Birch Bar & Kitchen.
Good transport links by bus to Stockholm City, about 1 hour.
The bus stops right next to the house.
For those interested in golf there Värmdö Fågelbro Golf Club and Golf Club, both with wonderful 18-hole courses. And good restaurants.
