The cottage is completely renovated in 2009 and is secluded on a large plot in a very quiet area.
The cottage has:
Kitchen with new electric cooker with ceramic hob, convection-oven and grill, large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric mixer, coffee maker, kettle etc..
Newly tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Doublebed for 2 people (2x90x200 cm) and a bunkbed for 2 people (2x90x200 cm).
Large living room: with dining area with windows in three directions so lovely views, light and pleasant, and with leather sofa, sofa bed for 1 person, table and chairs. And a NEW 40-inch flat-screen with many channels, which includes many movie channels, sports channels, kids channels and DVD. Dining area for 4-6 people.
Wifi internet available.
Lovely garden with table, chairs and loungers and barbecue.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vecka på österlen. Denna stuga har allt som krävs för en trevlig vistelse. Paret som hyr ut stugan är väldigt behjälpliga och tillmötesgående.

En jättemysig och fräsch stuga med närhet till mycket barnvänligt bad och affärer. Tillgång till stor trädgård. Värdparet med familj var supertrevliga och tillmötesgående! Hit åker vi gärna igen och rekommenderar varmt denna stugan!

Vi var väldigt nöjda med våran v nere i Åhus. Stugan låg väldigt bra till, nära till både strand och stan. Mkt fräsch stuga med alla bekvämligheter, stor tomt som man även fick nyttja. Väldigt trevliga var de som hyrde ut stugan, lätt att ha att göra med. Kan varmt rekommendera ett boende hos Monika och Arne, och vi kan tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

En mycket trevlig stuga med stora rejäla rum och ett kök som har allt man behöver. Badrummet är nykaklat och fräscht, med fin duchhörna och ny tvättmaskin. Allt överträffade våra förhoppningar. Värdparet får också ett stort plus, då de är trevliga och lätta att komma överens med.
Stugan ligger på ett lugnt och trevligt område, och det är nära till både strand, nöje och centrum. En toppenstuga som jag varmt kan rekommendera! Återkommer gärna många gånger till.
