Newly built house with own sandy beach at the southeastern part of the lake Visten, 30 km north of Karlstad, is rented on a weekly basis. The house is situated high above the water, just 20 m from the beach. You have a wonderful sight over the southern part of the lake below, which has clean and clear water. The rent also includes a canoe, and a small rowing boat with outboard motor. Car parking is possible close to the house and there is a golf course ca 5 km away (Dömle), common bathing beach 400 m away, and the nearest municipality (Deje) is 3 km away. A small house down at the beach has a sauna and a shower. In the living house there are two bedrooms in the first floor, one of them with double bed. In addition, there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a kitchen with an open solution together with the living room. There are stone floors with heat in the entrance and the bathroom and wooden floors in the rest of the house. In the bathroom there is a toilette, shower, sink and a washing machine. In the kitchen there is refrigerator and freezer, stove with hot plate, oven and micro oven. The water is taken from the lake and filtered for all use. For drinking quality the water is treated in an active carbon filter. The living room has a large soapstone stove. In the second floor there is a living room/TV room with a couch that can be used as a bed, and two bedrooms with single beds. There is a large veranda at the first floor and a balcony at the second floor, both with fantastic view over the water. The house has an air-heater system, that can also be used for air conditioning during warm days. A small gas grill and a simple charcoal grill are available for the guests.
