Gammelskog bär och svampmarker bakom knuten. 6 bäddar (dubbelsäng i sovrum samt 2 bäddsoffor i allrum). Kök med elspis och vedspis, kyl/frys,micro,kaffebryggare.
Öppen spis, TV, Elvärme. Vatten i tappkran ute. Ej vatten indraget.
Enkelt köksavlopp. Egen dusch med varmvatten i separat byggnad på tomten. Utedass. Altan under tak. Utemöbler o grill.

Stugan ligger på en egen tomt 50m från Stuga 2 (skog emellan).
