The house has a lovely wooden terrace and a small garden. The house is located in a nice and peaceful area, filled with similar wooden houses placed quite close to each other. In this partly trafic free area you find a laundry room, a playground and a large football field. The surrounding areas offers many great possibilities for summer activities. You will find a great sand beach but also areas with rocks where you can go crabfishing with your kids. You will also find many golf courses for example the famous Tylösand golf course 10 kilometers away or you can walk to the old stonequarrying where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sun set or try climbing the rocks. Haverdal is situated in a nature reserve with an unique forest area with lovely paths to walk and Scandinavias biggest dune.
