The lounge patio doors lead to terraces, swimming pool (in use May to October) & fully enclosed private garden with Mediterranean plants & fruit trees (lemon, figs, olives etc) & grapes. Off-street parking for 1 car. Laroque has village shops - supermaket, newsagent, post-office, bakeries, butcher, chemist, bars, restaurants, pizza takeaway & weekly market. Other shops are only a short drive. Beach sports, hill walking, cycling & wine tasting activities are all around. There are historical & scenic destinations for day-trips & many art galleries etc.
The villa is easily accessible by motorway (10km from A9 at Le Boulou). The nearest airport is Perpignan. Girona airport in Spain is only 1 hour drive by motorway. Ryanair fly from Stockholm (Skavsta & Vasteras) to Girona & Barcelona, and from Skavsta to Beziers (both about 2 hours drive).
