Welcome to a lovely house in Kivik, Österlen.
Rented by week normally and during the autumn to spring even monthly.
It's located in a very quiet area near Kiviks Stora väg (road passing through Kivik), near apple orchards, few minutes walk to the sea and nature.
In Kivik you'll find shops, restaurants and cultural events.
You get access to 3 rooms and kitchen, 1 master bedroom and 1room with family bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The living room, with a large sofa bed, is spacious and bright with beautiful windows overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is large and cozy, fully equipped for 9 persons with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc.
The garden is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Bathroom has a shower and bathtub and a extra Toilet
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Smart TV and DVD player.
The house is rented to a maximum of 9 people, a family or minimum age 25 years.
Weekly rental: Sunday - Sunday.

Bed linen and towels, pillows and blankets are not provided.
Final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant,can be provided at cost. Equipment available.
The house smoke and pet free.Low season: 5500 SEK
Mid Season Week 15, 16,18, 21, 22, 23, 38: 7800 SEK
High season 25-35 Week 9800 SEK
