A charming house in Gärdebyn, with wonderful views of Lake Siljan, in a quiet and child-friendly area.
In the entrance you enter directly into the kitchen, which has most things for a simple but comfortable life. Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer and equipment for 8-12 persons.
The newly renovated bathroom has tiled walls, washing machine, shower and toilet.
A bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm, a room with a bunk bed 80 cm, an uninsulated loft with four single beds of 80 cm, and a sofa bed in the "old cottage" with two beds.
In the main house there is a fireplace with a Roslag insert, the stairs to the loft, and the door to the porch. There is a dining area for 4-8 people, a corner sofa and a TV with satellite dish. Through the large windows, the view of Lake Siljan is stunningly beautiful.
The large lawn and meadow invite to outdoor activities and play. In the evenings you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Patio with furniture and barbecue. Animal free. No smoking indoors.
The cottage is rented during the period May-August.
Free access to firewood.
Final cleaning can be ordered at extra cost.
Booking fee SEK 1000 is paid when booking. The remaining amount is payable 30 days before arrival.
