The house is situated in the countryside and has a large garden (4500 m2) which you as a tenant have completely to yourself. Here you can play croquet, football or anything else you like, as long as you are kind to Robot Broberg who takes care of the grass.
In the garden is also a cozy patio with barbecue facilities and comfortable outdoor furniture with cushions.
On the ground floor you have a toilet/shower and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Two living rooms in a row and then the kitchen, which is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle and standard equipment for any kitchen.
Upstairs there is a smaller bedroom with a single bed (adjustable bed) and a larger bedroom with a (separable) double bed. There is also a toilet with a sink and a small walk in closet where you can place suitcases etc.
The price includes bed linen and one large and one small towel. Towels for the kitchen are also included. However, you must bring any beach towels yourself.
Final cleaning is not included in the price, but cleaning materials are available on site.
In the immediate surroundings there are, among other things, two farm shops and Villa Famiglia (Cafe and tavern). There are also pleasant hiking trails nearby.
About 4 km away is the Vita Sands campsite with nice swimming and various playground equipment. If you want it a little quieter, you choose Sandvik (about 2.6 km away) with a nice sandy beach, a small playground.
20 minutes north you reach Kalmar's shopping centre, the city center and the Öland Bridge.
Barely 50 minutes south you have Barnens Gård with everything they can offer.
One hour west is Kosta Outlet.
This is just a selection of what is within reach and a week goes by quickly and therefore if you want to rent the house for longer than a week, a price reduction can be discussed.
