Thanks to its peaceful location away from city crowds, Villa Feliks offers the perfect escape from everyday life. The villa is ideal for large families or groups of up to 10 guests and features a private heated swimming pool, a spacious garden, a barbecue (grill), and a comfortable outdoor lounge area for relaxation.
The accommodation consists of three separate residential units that together form one holiday home, ensuring both privacy and comfort for all guests.
Guests are provided with bed linen and towels, free private parking, and free use of the barbecue. You can relax on the sun terrace, enjoy the outdoor heated pool, or unwind in the tranquil garden. The owner also offers a private boat mooring with a floating buoy located near the villa.
Heating, cooling, air conditioning, and electricity are included in the price at no extra charge.
A refundable security deposit of €400 is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure if no damage is reported.
Pets are welcome at an additional cost of €10 per pet per night.
