The house is about 75 sqm with kitchen and dining area, living area, and newly renovated shower/toilet downstairs.
Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, and an open part with 2 single beds. All 4 beds are equipped with spring bases and mattress toppers.
A gate is available to set up in front of the stairs from the upper floor down to the lower floor.
Wifi is also available in the house.
2 patios with morning and evening sun, barbecue and large lawn areas.
On the farm there is a boules court, outdoor games and a small BnB.
Beautiful surroundings in the Gotland landscape with grazing sheep and hazel groves as well as almost untrafficked cycle paths.
Bicycles are available to borrow for a deposit.
A shop is 2.5 km away and a number of dining options are available.
The beautiful Lickershamn with fantastic sunsets, restaurant, fishing hut and sea bathing is 4 km away. In the area there are hiking trails, such as the coastal trail and nice jogging trails.
