The House
The house, located in Skummeslövsstrand, is 114 sqm and of high standard. Fully renovated inside in 2018, with new wooden exterior and a large wooden deck completed in spring 2019. The guest cabin (“friggebod”) has now also been renovated and offers 2–3 additional beds.
There are two living rooms:
• One with a large cozy sofa and two armchairs facing the wood?burning stove.
• The other combined with a fully equipped open?plan kitchen, featuring a large dining table plus an additional lounge area with sofa and armchair.
Fresh bathroom with shower, plus laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: bunk bed + single bed (3 beds)
Bedroom 2: double bed + baby cot (2 + 1 beds)
Living room (open plan with kitchen): sofa bed + daybed (2–3 beds)
Additional air mattresses available if needed.
Guest cabin (approx. 8 sqm): one bed + sofa bed (2–3 beds). A perfect hangout for the kids!
Garden
The 800 sqm garden has a lawn surrounded by greenery. The large wooden deck includes outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue — ideal for warm summer evenings.
Getting here
Train to Båstad Station, 3 km from the house.
By car: E6, exit 40 toward Skottorp/Skummeslövsstrand.
GPS works well (Allarpsvägen 29).
Please note
Guests bring their own bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning fee: 1,000 SEK.
Bicycles available to borrow.
No pets.
No smoking indoors.
Large TV package via satellite (Allente).
