Nackeloftet – your cosy nature retreat in the heart of Dalsland
Do you dream of a stay in the middle of Swedish nature, surrounded by endless forests and countless lakes? Are you looking for a peaceful place for hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing or simply relaxing? Then Nackeloftet is the perfect base.
Nackeloftet is located in the Dalsland region, also known as “Sweden in miniature.” This charming wooden guest cottage is idyllically situated among the trees, with a lake within walking distance. Here you can fish, swim or head out onto the water with the rowing boat waiting for you just 200 metres away. During the summer season, a private swimming jetty is located 400 metres away. There are also two SUP boards with life jackets available, and in the garden you will find a cosy fire pit for evenings under the stars.
The guest cottage
Nackeloftet is an atmospheric Swedish wooden cottage of 45 m², suitable for up to 4 guests.
Layout:
• An open and cosy living area with sofa bed, television, wood-burning stove and dining table
• A mezzanine with a comfortable double bed
• A fully equipped kitchen and a neat bathroom with shower and toilet
• A covered veranda where you can sit outside and enjoy views of the forest — and in the right season you can pick berries and chanterelle mushrooms right here!
The cottage is equipped with fibre-optic Wi?Fi and can be heated with the wood-burning stove and heatpump/airco.
Pets and smoking (also on the property) are not allowed.
For groceries and cosy restaurants, you can visit the town of Ed.
