Welcome to our cozy cottage near the nature. The cabin is located 7 km east of the town Edsbyn in Hälsingland. With lake Viksjön 400m from the cottage.
Winter sports
Snowmobile trails are nearby and can be reached from the cabin. Cross-country skiing trails are 4 km away. Iceskating in the Bandy-arena in Edsbyn and on the lake Viksjön when the weather alows. The ski slope Gärdtjärnsberget with three lifts and 139m drop height, 8 km from the cabin.
Activities
If you want to be active and be close to nature, you've come to the right place! 100m to forest with possibility to pick mushrooms and wild berries. Chance to see wild animals such as bear, bobcats, moose, deer etc. Swimming and fishing in lake Viksjön 400m. Good hiking trails and paths for mtb. Disco golf course, tennis courts, swimming hall can be found in Edsbyn. There is really nice paddling in Voxnan 30 km. The golf course in Rösaberg is 5 km away.
The cottage
Toilet with shower, kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and water kettle and coffee maker. Kitchen table with room for four people. Living room with TV, two armchairs and a sofa bed with divan that can be folded out to become a double bed. Sleeping alcove with wider bunk bed, width 105cm. There are also two extra beds that can be used if needed.
The landlord lives on a neighboring property should any questions or problems arise.
Final cleaning not included. However, bed linen and towels can be borrowed at an extra cost.
A booking fee of SEK 500 (aprox 50€ or 50$) is charged when booking (included in the weekly price), the remainder is paid one month before arrival.
