A very nice, fresh cottage consisting of two separate apartments, it is located high in Hovenäset, with fantastic views of the sea. Both apartments have balconies, and separate patios. It is 3km in to Kungshamn and Smögen. It is located in a very quiet area, perfect for families with children. It is 150 m to a very nice bath. There is a glass kiosk that is open on all sunny days, there are also jetties, jump towers and nets for jellyfish. The house consists of two equivalent apartments, one on the mezzanine and one upstairs, both with their own entrances. Each floor is fully equipped and consists of bathroom, two bedrooms one with double bed, TV, kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove with oven and dishwasher, microwave. Mezzanine has six beds. Upstairs has four beds. The apartments are rented together or individually, apartments are for those who appreciate the exclusivity of staying centrally yet secluded.
