Very popular beach for families and for activities such as kite surfing and canoeing/kayaking. The well known Skrea beach, voted as Sweden’s fourth most popular beach, is situated ca 3,5 km (~2.2 miles) north from the house. The house is also very close to the Stensjö nature reserve.
The house is located around 5 km south from Falkenberg city on a road with just a couple of neighbors which together with the spacious house lot, ca 2000 m², gives the house a lot of integrity. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet with walking distance to the sea and the beach. Within an area of 3.5 km (~2.2 miles) you have several big food stores, pizzeria, cash machine, bakery, mini golf, swimming hall, restaurants etc.
