Villa M is a spacious and charming 250 sqm house that accommodates up to 16 guests, designed to offer a memorable and relaxing stay in beautiful Österlen. Located by Kyhlstrand and just 150 meters from the sea, you’re only a short walk away from one of Sweden’s most stunning beaches. Here, you can enjoy the sand, the stillness, birdsong, and the soothing sound of the waves. The location by Kyhlstrand is often considered one of the best spots in all of Österlen. Beach walks are wonderful all year round—whether it's summer, autumn, winter, or spring. During the colder seasons, a cozy fireplace, sauna, and heated outdoor jacuzzi await your return. The living room features a dining area with seating for 16, a TV corner, and a fireplace. Upstairs, the lounge area offers a pool table, TV, and a sofa bed—a perfect retreat for the kids while the adults relax with food and drinks downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, convection oven, microwave, stovetop, and two dishwashers. There are seven bedrooms spread across two floors, each with two high-quality single beds. The sofa bed in the upstairs lounge provides additional sleeping space. The house has five bathrooms, one of which includes a washer and dryer, and another features a sauna. Naturally, there's Wi-Fi via fiber. At the back of the house, you’ll find our heated jacuzzi, perfect for use in every season—summer, autumn, winter, and spring. At the front, there’s a 50 sqm wooden deck with a BBQ area and outdoor dining space for up to 16 people. For our younger guests, the trampoline and swing set are always a hit.
