In einem schönen Teil der Stockholmer Schären, 25 m von der Ostsee entfernt. Etwa 60 m bis zu einem kleinen Pier, wo man baden kann. Viele Inseln in der Nähe. Kanu + Ruderboot mit Elektromotor.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit hochwertig Doppelbett (Federbetten 200 x 160 cm). Badezimmer/Dusche mit Fußbodenheizung.
Einfacher Zugang zu vielen unbewohnten Inseln der Schärenwelt, wo Sie erforschen, angeln, picknicken usw. können. Gute Angelplätze (Sie können Angelausrüstung ausleihen und vom Pier und/oder Boot aus angeln). Schöne Waldgebiete in der Nähe für Spaziergänge.
Parkplatz 50 meter von der Hütte entfernt. WiFi/internet (Glasfaser-WLAN mit unbegrenzten Megabytes). Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und WLAN im Preis inbegriffen.
Ruhige Gegend. Das Gelände wurde ursprünglich 1911 erschlossen. Die Umgebung ist ein authentisches kleines Dorf in den Schären.
2 km von der hütte gibt es eine öffentliche fähre, die man sie zu verschiedenen nahe gelegenen inseln bringt. Das Küstendorf Norrtälje ist in etwa 15 min mit dem Bus/Auto zu erreichen. Hier gibts viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Banken, Postämter, Kinos, Museen usw. Die Bushaltestelle Norrtälje/Stockholm ist 350 m von der Hütte entfernt.
Fernsehen: 46" Smart-TV (Apple-TV) über Glasfaser-WLAN (250 Mbit/s) – auch DVD/Bluray-Player.
Im Umkreis von 30 Autominuten: Furusund (Astrid Lindgrens Sommerhaus), drei 18-Loch-Golfplätze, Reitmöglichkeiten, Museen, Wikinger-Dorf. Ausflüge auf die finnische Insel Åland (Mariehamn) mit der Finnlink/Silja Line Fähre, die 20 min von der Hütte entfernt ablegt.
Entfernungen mit dem Auto: Marholmen (Restaurant, Spa, Spielplatz, Strand) 5 min. Schloss Penningby 5 min, Bergshamra 8 min, Norrtälje 15 min, Furusund 20 min, Vaxholm 50 min, Stockholm 60 min, Stockholm Flughafen Arlanda 55 min, Uppsala 70 min.
Da das Haus eine Größe von 30 m2 hat, empfehlen wir maximal 2 Personen. Wenn Sie mehrere Wochen hintereinander mieten, erhalten Sie ab der zweiten Woche einen Rabatt von 700 SEK/Woche. Rauchen in der Hütte ist nicht erlaubt. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Wonderful house, wonderful location, wonderful hosts. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The cabin is furnished with an eye for detail. Everything is very neat. We were missing nothing in the kitchen, which is not typical for vacation homes. The archipelagos are beautiful. There is so much to explore. Fishing is great. The hosts Patricia and Olof are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Klein aber fein. Nette Vermieter. Man viel mit dem kleinen Boot unternehmen. Die Informationen vom Vermieter sin hervorragend. Wir fahren dort wieder hin. Der Vermieter hat drei Häuser zur Auswahl.

We had a very lovely stay at the cottage. It turned out to be exactly (maybe even better) like the pictures promised. Everything you need, is there: kitchen supplies, table en parasol outside, but also relaxing chairs, barbecue,.. The bed was perfect and we even took a peek at the brand of the covers because they were so nice. We had so much fun with the motorboat and the canoe. Norrtalje is a very cosy town to visit. It's also easy and cheap to reach Stockholm by bus (wifi on board). We only got to meet Olof and Patricia for 30 minutes because they were on a holiday themselves but they are such lovely peoples! Olof responds immediately to emails. We could not be happier with our stay.

We travelled from Adelaide,Australia for a wedding in Italy and chose to spend the last week of our 3 month holiday in the Swedish countryside with relatives from England. The situation was absolutely perfect. We had separate cottages and facilities, and shared our meals in the larger one. The cottages were well equipped, clean and comfortable, and indeed surpassed every expectation. The furnishings and fittings are delightful; fresh blue and white, contemporary, IKEA style, and the setting is peaceful. The cottages share the same property as the main residence at the end of a minor road. They have a lovely view overlooking a reed bed and the archipelago in the front, and a neat productive garden in the rear. Olof and Patricia were the perfect hosts and were more than generous with their time, offering advice about what to see and do, not to mention instructing us on the use of their boat with outboard motor. Olof did such a good job that we dared to take off unassisted by the boys on our maiden voyage. It was such fun!!! Many thanks Olof and Patricia for a wonderful holiday and many happy memories.

We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely cottage and we enjoyed every minute. A small, cosy and safe place for an idyllic holiday. BEST recommendations!

We loved this cottage and location. The cottage has everything you could need for a great holiday. Inside the décor is fresh and welcoming. The views to the water are beautiful. Outside you have a garden to sit in, and at the jetty there is a boat with an outboard motor. (There is also a canoe available). You can explore the archipelago islands and enjoy the wildlife. For a taste of Sweden this is brilliant. Stockholm is close enough for a day trip. The hosts Olof and Patricia are wonderful. Nearby Norrtalje has very nice shops and great supermarkets. We didn't want to leave this beautiful place.

Beautiful little cottage, nice furnished, great location with beautiful possibilities for excursions to the Schären Islands and also to Stockholm. Olof and Patricia are great hosts. We highly recommend this cottage.
