På bottenvåning finns entré, toalett med dusch, ett separat sovrum med dubbelsäng samt ett stort öppet kök-allrum.. En trappa upp ett sovrum med två bäddar samt allrum med TV. I allrum finns möjlighet till extrabädd.
Uppvärmning med luft-luft system ingår, kyla mot tillägg på sommaren.
Laddning elbil i ej tillåtet.
