Very welcome to our lovely house in the middle of the old fishing village of Skillinge, Österlen
The house in modern but with the old charm intact. The house has two floors (89 sqm) with a total of five rooms. The soft colours, the beams and wooden floors will make you feel right at home.
Downstairs you will find the cozy living room with a fire place, dinging table for four people and a nice seating area. The first bedroom has a 90cm wide bed, perfect for a child. The second bedroom has a futon styled sofa for two people and there’s a door that leads straight to the garden.
The kitchen is nice and fresh with a lot of space so you can prepare and cook the dinner together. There’s a stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. If you don’t want to enjoy the morning coffee in the garden, you will find a small table and three chairs in the kitchen too. There is a laundry machine hidden in a small storage next to the kitchen. You will find the shower and bathroom next to the staircase.
Upstairs is very charming with its angled walls. You will find a nice open space with a sofa bed and a TV. Up here you will find the master bedroom with a nice queen sized bed where you can enjoy lazy mornings.
The garden is very cozy and you have a seating area, a bench for that lovely morning coffee. Of course you will find tanning beds if you’re not up to go the beaches nearby.
The house itself is located close to the small marina in Skillinge, on a small street (Strädder) that will make you feel like you are in paradise. You will find Hamnkrogen, a nice restaurant, next to the marina and further up the road you will find Skillinge Fiskrökeri where you can buy fresh fish and other goodies. There is a nice little convenient store close to the house to cover most of your needs. You will find some beaches just about three kilometers away, it is the start of 20km of beach!
