Nice villa in Visby. Located at Blomstervägen 22, Visby in the Pilhagen area, a quiet and grown-up residential area with proximity to the city, the ferry and newer commercial areas.
About 3.5 km to Campus Gotland. There is a bus connection and you can rent a bicycle per semester from us.
The villa is surrounded by a garden. Trees and shrubs protect the back from outside visibility. The back faces a park that is surrounded by the neighborhood's villas, which creates a safe playground.
The house has a glazed conservatory and a patio. Both face the garden of the house.
There is room for two cars in the garage driveway.
On the entrance level there is a bathroom, a kitchen with a door to the patio, a large living room with TV, a modern newly renovated kitchen and three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a door to the built-in conservatory.
Broadband 500/500 MB included.
The house have a downstairs with a large bedroom, a "gillestuga"= recreation room, bathroom and laundry room.
WINTER RENTAL
During the semesters, we rent out the three bedrooms upstairs:
The smallest room at SEK 4,000, SEK 4,500 and the largest room at SEK 5,000 per month.
The price includes electricity, heating and broadband.
We have 1 room available from October 1, 2023 up to and including week 26 2024 for SEK 5000 / month.
SUMMER RENTAL
If you are two families who want to rent together, we charge SEK 5,000 / week in addition for the downstairs during the high season.
The area is centrally located, but its lush surroundings help to make it feel secluded.
There is no through traffic for motor vehicles. Several different bus lines can be reached on foot in different directions from the house. The area is also crossed by cycle paths.

Trivsam villa i lugnt område i utkanten av Visby. Härlig insynsskyddad tomt. Inglasad uteplats under tak. Nära till rekreationsområde med fina vandringsstråk. Vi har trivts fantastiskt bra under de två veckor vi vistats där och kommer gärna tillbaka dels nu denna sommar och vi hoppas få komma tillbaka många fler somrar ???? från Kenth och Lisa.
