Cozy villa located in a quiet, rural villa area with proximity to the sea and several bathing spots with approx. 5 minutes' drive. The villa has a private, winter-insulated conservatory/conservatory adjacent to a large patio and barbecue. Lawn/forest plot with mountain and small pond.
For small children, there is a playhouse in the greenhouse and a 5-minute walk to the playground.
Sleeping places:
A bedroom with bunk bed, measuring 1.40 m and upper 90 cm.
Outside the entrance to the villa there is a small cabin with a bed of 90 cm. Option for extra sleeping place with mattress on the floor.
In the immediate area there are golf courses, hiking trails in the Råö nature reserve, restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, small shops, gas stations, etc.
The nearest center is Kungsbacka inner city with approx. 15 minutes by car and approx. 30 minutes' drive to Gothenburg metropolis.
There is also very good public transport, bus and commuter train to Gothenburg which only takes 15 minutes from Kungsbacka central station.
Blankets and pillows are provided, but bring your own bed linen and towels.
Carport with charging box for electric car and parking for two cars.
Wi-Fi connection.
Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for SEK 1,000 if desired.
No events/parties are allowed.
Pets are welcome.
