This charming house has a unique location in the small bay of Kvarnsand. It has its own smooth rocks leading down to the Baltic Sea, afternoon sun lingering late into the night and only a short walk to the beach.
The house itself is very welcoming but simple. It has one modest master bedroom and a sleeping loft great for kids. The stairs leading to the loft are rather steep and not ideal for young kids. The view from the living room overlooks the bay and the close proximity of the water. On the property are also two smaller cottages that are used by the owner. The main house, however, is positioned so that it still feels secluded and private. It is about 50 meters to the closest neighbor.
Kvarnsand is located about 2 km from the town of Grisslehamn. There you can find a grocery store, a few small shops, 2-3 restaurants and Hotel Havsbaden with Spa. In Grisslehamn you can also rent bikes, boats and canoes.
