Mellanvik Stugby är ett litet stugområde som ligger endast 15 km från Mariehamn i Söderby Lemland. Stugorna är 40 m2 och vinterbonade med 4-5 bäddar. Rumsfördelningen är kök- och vardagsrumskombination, två sovrum och tvättrum. Sommarstugorna är utrustade med spis, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, dammsugare, diskbänk med varmvatten. Varje stuga har eget utedass (torrklosett). Tillgång till roddbåt vid stugbyns brygga ingår i hyran. På stugområdet finns bastubyggnad med dusch.
