RENTAL

Charmigt, gammalt knuttimrat sommarhus ca 500 meter från havet. Huset är byggt i två plan med en innertrappa och en loftgång till övervåningen. På entréplanet finns ett litet kök (med elspis och kylskåp), ett allrum med matplats, öppen spis och TV. På övervåningen finns två sovrum. Huset ligger högt på en skogstomt vilket gör att det är ganska fritt från insyn. På utsidan av huset finns en veranda och dessutom en större uteplats med utemöbler och grill. I ett litet hus på tomten finns VC och dusch. Varmt och kallt vatten. ENDAST HUND ÄR TILLÅTET.

Sommarhuset ligger i ett barnvänligt område med ett stort grönområde som är perfekt för barn att leka på. Spela fotboll, brännboll, kubb mm. Cyklar kan lånas. Beläget ca 6 km till Ljungkile och ca 20 km till Uddevalla. För den golfintresserade finns Lyckornas Golf inom några kilometer. Besök Bohusläns museum i Uddevalla ca 19 km där den Bohusländska historien presenteras i trevlig miljö.
