Take a bus or car to Västra Hamnen in Malmö with restaurants, seaside and strolling, a must on a sunny day.
The house itself has a small backside surrounded by ferns, (not garden), basic barbecue area is in the shade under the balcony facing south.
The house is built as an privat house for the older generation around 1890, close to current neighbors but still private.
For visitors who want to experience the whole of Skåne, Hurva is perfect, close to everything as Hruva is located in the middle of Skåne.
There are very good bus connections to Lund, Malmö and Kristianstad Skåneexpressen 1 and 2, within 2 minutes walk.
