Belägen granne med Undersåker station, så kan man med fördel åka tåg upp och sedan ta tåg eller skidbuss in till Åres olika skidområden. In till Åre är det ca 10 km om man åker bil, ungefär samma till Edsåsdalen, Ottsjö och Trillevallen som alla ligger på andra sidan Indalsälven (Mycket bra längdspår, turleder men även slalom). 75 meter till ICA-handeln.
På undervåningen finns ett sovrum med två våningsängar, kök samt ett vardagsrum med kakelugn. På övervåningen finns ett sovloft med fyra sängplatser.
Dusch toalett, TV, DVD, playstation 1, micro, kyl/frys, kakelugn och vedspis.
