This beautiful archipelago house is located just 100 metres from the beach
and pier where you can enjoy crab fishing and swimming in the salt water. The house is spacious, well-planned, suitable for disabled people and in absolute top condition!

It has a large child-friendly garden with a lawn and swings. The two terraces are great for enjoying a lovely breakfast or barbecue. One of the terraces has morning sun. The other one is a two level south-facing terrace with sea view as well as infrared heating.

The living room has a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy the
wonderful views or watch TV. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen you can look out over the sea while cooking.

The lovely dining room gives you the opportunity to enjoy the fireplace while
looking at the sea. Next to the dining room there is a bedroom with sea view and windows on three sides.

In the smaller house you can enjoy the sea views from the sauna. The room next door is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

You will be able to enjoy and relax during your holiday in this fully equipped house which also has free wifi. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Towels, linen, cleaning and a mooring can be added to the rent separately. Pets are allowed. A contract will be made when renting the house. Deposit 3000 SEK. The renting period is from Saturday until Saturday unless
otherwise has been agreed upon.

The house is located in a calm area where you can go fishing, pick berries
and mushrooms or go for a run. Going for a walk to the beautiful lake is highly recommended. You will find many nice shops and restaurants in the nearby coastal villages where you can play tennis, golf or minigolf. It’s also
possible to rent a bike or a canoe and to do boat trips. There are fishing
trips departing from Lysekil. It is also easy to visit Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund, Lysekil and Havets Hus (an aquarium), Smögen where the Nordic zoo
(Nordens Ark) is located and Uddevalla. The distance to Gothenburg, where
the amusement park Liseberg is located, is 100 km and the distance to Norway is 85 km. There is a large shopping centre called Torp located 20 km away.
