The cottage was totaly rebuilt 2002 and is in great shape. Consists of 2 bedrooms and a combined living / kitchen room. All in all 45m2
It is fully equipped with hot and cold water, electricity, WC, shower, dishwasher and laundy machine.
The kitchen is well equipped, cooker, with oven, fan, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, micro wave oven and a lovely kitchen table for 6 people.
The kitchen is combined with the living room, equipped with a TV.
Dishwasher and laundry machine are both included in the rent. A barbecue is also included. Also internet access is included as long as the guest have a computer with Wireless LAN (WiFi, WLAN) that can connect to our computer network.
Disposition:
1. Bedroom A, closet for clothes and double bed, width 160cm, length 200cm.
2. Bedroom B, equipped with a bunk bed each bed width 90cm, length 200cm.
3. Living room / Kitchen single bed width 90cm, length 200cm. If needed we can provide an extra bed for a sixth guest.
From the living room you can step directly out onto the balcony with the lovely sea view. The balcony is furnished.
Barely 300 meters away is the sea. If you would like you can pre-book a canoe from wich you can explore the sea and the closer islands on relaxing one day excursions.
There are both smaller and bigger islands within reach. We recommend a visit to some of the islands, maybe a dip in the sea directly from the cliffs or a bit of fishing.
Renting the canoe for a week is 400SEK.
Orust is located 60 kilometers from the center of Gothenburg, the second city of Sweden.
You have a parking space of your own just outside the cottage.

It's a great place for the vacations,. It's quiet, relaxing, calm, near a small vity like Stenungsund and near a great city like Gothemburg. It's the perfect place for a vacations and we think it´s the nearest wi'll ever be to paradise.
We think that it was a great deal for us, because the price was very, very acceptable for what we've got. It was fantastic

We were impressed by how well it was equipped and maintained.
If cleaning would be cheaper, i.e SEK 500, we would consider rating 5.

Vi hade en jättehärlig semester på Orust-Tjörn och en del av detta tack vare den fina stugan vi hyrde, inte minst det perfekta läget.
Precis på gränsen mellan Orust och Tjörn hade vi snabb och enkel tillgång till allt som de båda öarna har att erbjuda.
Vi upptäckte snart att en vecka knappast räcker och att vi sannolikt kommer att återvända någon gång för att fortsätta njuta av området.
Ja verkligen, stugan var i mycket fint skick, kändes modern, praktisk och trivsam och vi blev positivt överraskade när vi kom fram. Plus i kanten för att kylen var igång när vi kom…
Allt var som utlovat, sköna omgivningar och en härlig utsikt som man inte kunde se sig mätt på. Vi hittade härliga bad och solklippor t ex på Lilla Askerön som ju var väldigt nära.

Söt stuga med en del småfel, som en i början ej fungerande diskmaskin, läckande toa och glipor i golvet. Bra läge med utflyktsmål och nära till havet.

Mycket fin stuga i bra skick! Mkt välutrustad med allt som behövs under en stugsemester, framför allt i köket. Stugan verkar vara nyrenoverad. Lungt läge med havsutsikt, bra anknytning med korta vägar till det mesta pa Orust och Tjörn. Trevliga uthyrare!
