Stuga i Åre Björnen uthyres. Stugan som är renoverad och utbyggd är belägen i området Järven alldeles invid Järvenliften. Planlösning: två små sovrum med våningssängar, storstuga med köksavdelning. I stugan finns bl.a. kabel-TV, bastu och braskamin. Utförsåkning från dörren. Max 200 meter till längdskidspår, skiduthyrning, affär och restauranger.
Stugan hyrs ut till vuxna och familjer som prioriterar skidåkning före festande! Stugan hyrs inte ut till ungdomar.
