Rymlig stuga på liten ö (Östra Lamböra) med havsutsikt var du än befinner dig. 3 fastigheter på ön belägen mellan Väddö (5min) och Arholma (2min). Naturskön ytterskärgårdskaraktär med klippor.
Stugan är 80kvm uppdelat på två. I den ena finns barnsovrum med 2-4 bäddar och allrum med 3 bäddar. I den andra litet sovrum med våningssäng, allrum med öppen spis och dubbelsäng. Fint kök med kyl/frys, spishäll, ugn, 10 sittplatser.
Soligt trädäck, stor brygga vid skyddad vik i söderläge.
Utedass. Rinnande vatten saknas. 25l finns i huset, mer hämtas vid Arholma dansbana.
Bra fiskevatten. Roddbåt m 4hk. kanot, optimist.
2min till Arholma med systemutl.,handelsbod,post,apotek,café och dansbana.
