The cottage has 3 rooms of which 2 bedrooms, living room with open floor plan integrated with kitchen, toilet with shower, about 65 sqm, 4 beds. Fully equipped kitchen with stove / oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee app. Other washer / dryer, TV (Telia base), AC and Wifi connection. The terrace faces west, complete with garden furniture, cushion box, parasol and barbecue. Only about 50 m to the beach. Fantastic sunsets to look forward to from the balcony or why not sit on the couch / armchair and look out to sea and sunsets. Shared plot, which means that there is another cottage on the plot that is also rented out. Change on Saturdays during high season and access after 3 pm and leave before 11 am Animals and no smoking indoors.
Walk (approx. 50m) to the beach and to the pier approx. 200m or swim south / north of Byxelkrok on the rocks. Within cycling distance is the beautiful sandy beach "Böda Sand". In addition, Byxelkrok is one of the safest places in the country (according to SMHI's "Sunny").
Here in Byxelkrok you can park your car and walk or cycle to swimming / service / entertainment. There are lovely walking / cycling paths from the house, which meander along the sea or in the lush Bödaskogen. For those who take the bus to Öland, there is a bus stop about 50m from the cottage.
The cottage is located along one of Öland's most beautiful coastal stretches, Byxelkrok is located on Öland's northernmost west coast (a gem) with a lively fishing village which in the summer becomes more of an idyllic tourist resort. With guest harbor with space for about 150s leisure boats. In Byxelkrok there are about 10 different places to eat during the summer in the form of restaurants / cafes / pubs. Also ICA stores, kiosks, galleries, small shops in the boathouses in the harbor, bicycle rental and campsites.
From the place you can see the national park "Blå Jungfrun", located in the middle of Kalmarsund. There are daily boat trips from Byxelkrok to the island, also boat trips by car ferry to Oskarshamn (high season).
