Stay in a Lakefront studio building, on idyllic and scenic Sturkö in the Karlskrona archipelago! Walking distance to swimming and fishing opportunities. The area has beautiful nature and proximity to a grocery store, bakery, playground, café and restaurant at the windmill, etc. Sturkö and surrounding islands offer several nice bathing spots. Good connections to Karlskrona, only 500 meters to the bus stop and 1 km to the ferry that takes you to Karlskrona in 15 minutes. Feel free to pack your picnic basket and explore the Eastern Archipelago with a direct ferry connection from Sturkö! By car you can reach Karlskrona city center in 30 minutes.
The studio building, 51 sqm in size and built in 2000, consists of two parts with their own entrances. Between the doors there is a covered porch, which makes it easy to walk between the spaces dry-shod and lightly dressed. One part consists of a living room with kitchen, the other part a shower cabin, toilet and a bedroom one floor up. In the living room with an open ceiling and a large inflow of light, there is a dining area, a sofa group, a recliner armchair and a 46-inch full-HD TV with basic range. Free fiber WiFi, with good capacity. In addition, an air source heat pump is installed, which provides lovely cooling when the sun is at its hottest. The kitchen area is well equipped with e.g. convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave as well as fridge and freezer.
Parking space is available, with the possibility of destination charging electric cars. Price by agreement.
The bedroom has 4 80cm spring beds, which you can easily rearrange for the best comfort. A travel cot and high chair are available to borrow. The room with toilet and shower cabin also has a washing machine. The studio building and the owners' house are located on the same plot, are 3000sqm large and green. Its privacy provides great opportunities for peace and quiet, and is much appreciated. A large beech tree provides pleasant shade, under our own "cork oak". On the southeast side of the studio there is a neighbor whose house is about 50 m from the studio, the other neighbors are almost not noticeable.
A private patio with garden furniture and barbecue facilities is available, so also badminton sets, kubb games and other things for Outdoor activities. For the children there is a sandbox and a cable car, which is very popular. Weekly rent during low season is 4900 SEK, high season (W.26-W.34) is 5800 SEK. During low season (not high season), the studio building can also be rented for SEK 700 / day, minimum 2 nights. The weekly rent is valid for 4 people. Room for 2 more people can be arranged, for SEK 500 / person and week, with a folding bed in the living room.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. For allergy reasons, pets are not allowed. The rental period per week is Saturday at 15.00 to Saturday at 11.00 The tenant cleans before check-out. 800kr is deposited at check-in, and returned at check-out. Normal move-out cleaning can be included, cost 800 SEK.

Pillows and duvets are included. Bed linen can be rented, 150 SEK / set. Half of the rental cost is paid at the time of booking, the rest according to General Conditions, which are received in connection with the booking.
