Welcome to our summer house in Beddingestrand, located in the very south of Sweden, just a 7-minute walk from the sea. Beddingestrand is a peaceful seaside village with a beautiful, long beach promenade that is lovely to explore throughout the year.
The house has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds (90 cm wide) and can be closed off with a door. The second bedroom is partially open to the living room and features a double bed, a small workspace with a desk, and a glass door leading directly to the garden. Please note that this room does not have a door, but there is a curtain that can be drawn across the entrance for privacy.
During the warmer months, the glazed veranda becomes an inviting extra living space – perfect for relaxed meals, reading or spending time together. The garden also has a large trampoline available during summer.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a screen with an HDMI cable, making it easy to connect your laptop.
Beddingestrand is a small and tranquil coastal village. A few restaurants are open during the summer season, while the area is quieter in winter. The house is close to tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf and local pizzerias. The nearest grocery store is approximately 10 minutes away by car or around 30 minutes on foot. Additional supermarkets and services can be found in Skurup, Ystad and Trelleborg.
Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

Check-out: by 12:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed
Before departure, guests are kindly asked to take out the rubbish and clean the house. Cleaning equipment is available, and the house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
The closest airports are Copenhagen Airport and Malmö Airport (Sturup). We recommend arriving by car, as this is the most convenient way to get around and explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Vi hyrde detta mysiga hus i två veckor av Anna med familj och hade det väldigt trevligt och bekvämt. Härlig stor trädgård med både uteplats med parasoll samt ett fräscht uterum med stort bord under tak. Det fanns också en stor studsmatta med skydd som var rolig för det yngre barnet. Sköna sängar, ett välutrustat kök, samt AC var toppen, och både incheckning och utcheckning var väldigt smidig. Anna är supertrevlig och lätt att kommunicera med, och vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka en annan gång!
