Welcome to our home, ideal for up to 8 guests, with 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large private pool and beautiful sea views. Walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants.

This home is especially suited for families, couples, and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a fantastic setting. Because the neighborhood is particularly peaceful, the villa is not suitable for parties, noisy gatherings, or groups of young travelers.

The house is conveniently located 15-20 km north of Alicante, just a short drive from Alicante airport (20-25 min). The area, Coveta Fuma (part of El Campello town), is an exclusive residential, family-oriented neighbourhood mainly consisting of private villas, with no high-rise buildings. Close to the sea and surrounded by mountains, it is perfect for those who want to reach the town centre in just a few minutes while still having a peaceful retreat from urban life.
From the house, it is a 5 min walk to the children-friendly, sandy beach Cala d’Enmig (a peaceful cove, our favorite), 10 min walking distance to the main square of Coveta Fuma with its bars and restaurants and 10 min walking distance to the local minimarket. The lovely and safe TRAM takes you north to La Villajoyosa (3 stops) and Benidorm, and south to El Campello (3 stops) and Alicante, and the TRAM stop is just 10 min walk from the house. The other coves and beaches in Coveta Fuma are worth a visit, some with pebbles, one for dogs, offering a peaceful escape from the crowds.

The property
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms available for our guests, one en-suite with a large double bed (180x200), one with a standard double bed (160x200), and two bedrooms with twin 90x200 single beds - all rooms have storage space. A great effort has been made to ensure high quality mattresses (Scandinavian standard).
The property is on a 1000 m2 private fenced plot, with a romantic small garden leading to the pool area. Large terraces surround the house, leaving you with a choice of favorite spots for dinner, lunch, breakfast and relaxing time. The large swimming pool has a shallow children's play section (called “playa”). There is space to park two cars inside the gated property.

We work with a house management company that handles arrivals, check-in, check-out, key handover, and any practical matters during your stay.

Guests can access the entire house, all the terraces, the garden, the outdoor bathroom and the laundry area, but the owner's bedroom, some storage room and the outdoor storage rooms are not accessible.

A welcome letter and manual of the house will be communicated in time with guests. A local representative will meet and greet the guests in English or Spanish (some French) and provide all information, keys...

Late check-in fee, after 22.00: €40. Sunday arrival or Sunday departure: €40 each.
The fee simply covers the cost for the staff working late evenings or Sundays.

Please note the presence of stairs to enter the house. The surroundings are hilly.
