Villa Pascaline is particularly well suited for families, couples, and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. As the area is very quiet, the villa is not suitable for parties, noisy gatherings, or groups of young travellers seeking a lively nightlife.

Villa Pascaline offers 4 bedrooms. One has an en-suite bathroom and a large double bed (180 × 200 cm), one has a standard double bed (160 × 200 cm), and the remaining two bedrooms each have twin single beds (90 × 200 cm). All bedrooms offer storage space and comfortable beds with Scandinavian-quality mattresses.

Villa Pascaline is set on a private, fenced 1,000 m² plot with a charming Mediterranean garden leading down to the pool area. Large terraces surround the house, offering several wonderful spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply relaxing. The large swimming pool includes a shallow children's play area ("playa") as well as an outdoor shower. A barbecue is also available. There is secure parking for two cars inside the gated property.

Villa Pascaline enjoys an excellent location, approximately 15 km north of Alicante and only 25 minutes by car from Alicante Airport. Coveta Fumá, part of the municipality of El Campello, is an exclusive and family-friendly residential area consisting mainly of villas, with no high-rise buildings. Here you can enjoy a peaceful setting close to the sea and surrounded by hills.
The child-friendly sandy beach Cala d'Enmig, a quiet cove and our personal favourite, is only about a 5-minute walk from the house. The main square of Coveta Fumá, with its bars and restaurants, as well as the local grocery shop, are approximately 10 minutes away on foot. The TRAM station is also about a 10-minute walk away and provides easy access north to Villajoyosa (3 stops) and Benidorm, and south to El Campello town centre (3 stops) and Alicante. Families with young children will also appreciate the playground located just a 4-minute walk from the house on Calle Sagunt.

Coveta Fumá also offers several other beaches and coves worth exploring. Some have pebble beaches, one is specially designated for dogs, and all provide a more peaceful alternative to the larger tourist beaches.

Guests have access to the entire house, all terraces, the garden, the outdoor bathroom, and the laundry room. However, the owner’s bedroom, certain storage areas inside the house, and the external storage rooms are not accessible to guests.

Please note that there are stairs to access the property and that the surrounding area is hilly.

The house is equipped with solar panels, and we strive to minimise our environmental impact. Water and electricity consumption up to 200 kWh per week are included in the rental price.
