Sea view in the heart of the World Heritage High Coast. The accommodation is on one level and is built with a focus on socializing.

During June-August, bookings are only from Sunday to Sunday. For the rest of the year, a minimum 3-night stay is required.

The house was completed in the fall of 2020. Open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, smaller bedroom. Large windows facing the sea, in a southwest direction. The house has air conditioning (AC), perfect for hot summer days.

In front of the house, there is a green area for playing games, etc. The sea is nearby, about 70 meters (a bit steep to walk straight down for small children). There is a sandy beach about a 5-minute walk from the house. There is also a barbecue area with a nice view of the sea. A visit to Rotsidan, about a 15-minute walk, is a must. Rotsidan is a stretch of about 4 km with diabase rocks and pebble fields in a nature reserve. It's great for swimming, sunbathing, barbecuing in designated areas, or just sitting and enjoying the view.

Bicycles and a canoe are available to borrow. There are some life jackets of various sizes for the canoe.

The house is smoke-free, and wearing shoes indoors is not allowed.

There is a charging station for electric cars. Contact the landlord for the price to use the charging box.

Guests are always responsible for taking out trash, composting, and sorting recyclables. Empty the dishwasher and clean the stove.
