Nice cottage with sea views and close to several baths, both mountains and sandy beach at Ammenäs by Byfjorden outside Uddevalla The cottage is 70 m² and has: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (one double bed and two single beds) the possibility of a guest bed is available. A living room with dining table, TV, sofa bed with 2 beds and stove. Fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. In the hall there is the opportunity to, among other things, hang outerwear, set shoes etc. There is an air heat pump / AC in the cottage. Outside there is a large covered terrace 40m² equipped with sofa group and table with chairs and two position armchairs with thick cushions. Below is a patio with rattan furniture, table with chairs, parasol and barbecue. It is only 5-15 min walk to several salty baths with both shallow sandy beaches, cliffs and bathing jetties. Good mackerel / sea trout fishing within walking distance and nice walking areas. Approx. 80 km to Gothenburg, 30 minutes to Trollhättan with Götakanal locks and a maximum of 1.5 hours by car to Lysekil, Smögen, Fjällbacka, Grebbestad etc. From Ammenäs pier, which is a 15-minute walk away, daily archipelago boats enter Uddevalla City. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels etc. can be brought along, possibly. sheets and towels can be provided for a fee. Access to washing machine is in the owner's home. Cleaning before check-out is done by the guest. NOT dogs. Info for allergy sufferers, cats are close by and can visit.
