Whether you are planning to take advantage of the autumn holidays, Halloween or just want a relaxing and cozy weekend, we have the perfect accommodation for you!

Pick mushrooms in the forest, cycle, fish, barbecue, walk and enjoy the fantastic view of Ljusnan's sparkling water. Here you can enjoy the peace and at the same time give the children a fun experience with cycling, nice ski tracks, "saucer skiing" in our "toboggan run" down towards the river.
Large lawns for play.

Our newly renovated accommodation offers a bright and inviting atmosphere with 4 beds spread over two rooms. A bedroom with 2 90-beds and its own toilet, as well as a spacious living room with a sofa group and a double bed. We have a cot and extra bed to rent for SEK 100 each regardless of period length.
Additional facilities include a second toilet with shower which is easily accessed via the L-shaped kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, hob and dishwasher.
A larger TV that can be watched via Google Chrome Cast, if an external device can share the internet with it.

Enjoy and relax
Take a seat on one of the two balconies for a dining experience with an enchantingly beautiful view. Listen to the wind rustling through the trees and enjoy perhaps suddenly seeing a deer pass by in the meadow below. Whether you choose to sunbathe on the upper terrace or sunbathe on the ground terrace on a sunbed, you will appreciate the peaceful setting.

We have flexible check-in and check-out times and try to adapt our booking to your wishes as much as possible. The weekly rent is SEK 5 900 and if you choose to stay for a few more nights, the rent is 1/7 of the weekly rent per night.

For extra convenience, you can rent sheets and towels for SEK 590 (for 4 people) and cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1 2000.

Activities and facilities included in the rent
Bathe: Directly at our jetty with bathing ladder. Swimming rings are available to borrow. There are several bathing spots just minutes away.
Fishing: Fish directly from the jetty with our simpler gear or bring your own.
Boats and kayaks: We offer a rowing boat for fishing trips and relaxation as well as 2 kayaks with life jackets.
Bikes: We have bikes in several sizes including helmets for adults. Bring helmets for the children.
Play and games: 3 swings, badminton, beach paddle, throw ring, footballs, boule, cube etc.
Books: We have books that are fine to read on the spot, or leave one and take another home.

20 minutes to the padel court in Söderhamn
20 min to Aquarena bathhouse in Hällåsen
30 minutes to a nice indoor pool in Bollnäs
35 minutes to Orbaden
45 min from Järvsö ski resort and Downhill etc

During the autumn, you can pick berries and mushrooms, cycle or, for example, walk, while winter offers ice skating or skiing in nice tracks nearby and, of course, saucer/carpet skating. In Söderhamn there is also the opportunity to play padel all year round with great coaches if desired.
If you are interested in culture, there are fantastic Hälsingegårds to visit and an industrial museum within cycling distance next to our small power plant.
