In the winter, a very good low cost alternative for people who like cross-country skiing or downhill skiing. Only three miles from "Langberget" and five miles from "Branäs".
During the summer a nice place, only 200 yards from Klara River, with a boat included for your use. With a cheap fishing license you can also go fishing in a lot of nice lakes in the area.
Short distance to Branäs for slalom and downhill, and also a short distance to Långberget for cross country skiing. Just a short walking distance to Klarälven; a very good fishing river for catching greyling and trout. A row boat can also be used for free.
The property does also have an annex with three bedrooms and four beds. The annex will only be opened in the summer season in between JUN 1st to AUG 31st. It will open up for a good solution for families that like to travel together. Price for the annex will be additional by agreement.
