Only 400 meters away from the Baltic Sea shore you will find this older, charming holiday home with two floors in the summer locality of Bergkvara between Kalmar and Karlskrona.
The house has six rooms, three of them are bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished/equipped for self-catering and the bathroom consists of WC, shower and washing machine and it has been completely renovated in 2010.
In addition the accomodation offers a modern fireplace which is also able to work as well as a beautiful terrace which is perfectly suited for barbecue with your dears.All this is placed at a property of about 4000 square meters which is nestling among a meadow scenery.
To the small mini center of Bergkvara where you will find a supermarket and a pizzeria, it is about 1,5 kilometers. The "capital" of the local authority district of Torsås is about 6 kilometers away and there you can await a bit more service.
Because of the location between the coastal towns of Kalmar and Karlskrona you can easily reach via the European route E22 all things worth to see in this region. An excursion to the sun island of Öland cold be really recommended and also a visit to the World of Glass is already nearly a must.
