Comfortable renovated villa in Höllviken 10 min walk (800 m) from wonderful kilometer long sandy beach. Beautiful walking paths. Distances: Falsterbo/Skanör (10 km), Malmo (25 km), Copenhagen (40 min by car) and Österlen (40 min by car).
15 golf courts within 30km. 8 km to nearest golf court.
1 km to nearest grocery store. 3 km to big grocery store, liquor store, bank, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants, shopping center and cinema. Mini Golf and kiosk 600 m.
3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop for buses to Höllviken centre(with further connections to Malmö, Falsterbo/Skanör), or to Trelleborg.
The house has an open and light floor plan with high standard. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, mixer, toaster and dishwasher. Hair dryer and iron are also available. Washer and dryer in the utility room.
Two bathrooms with toilet and shower. Two bedrooms with two beds in each room, plus two comfortable beds plus a sofabed (150 cm mattress)in the all-round room. Living room with flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player.
The house total area is 145 m2. Hiring part is 110 m2 (two rooms are private storage room, but not visited during the guests stay).
Large children friendly garden of approx 1200 sqm with terrace, secluded courtyard, outdoor furniture and charcoal grill.
Bed linen and towels can be rented. Bikes can be borrowed.
The price includes final cleaning. (The tenant removes own garbage, cleaning outdoor grill, washing up and sets everything back at the original place.)
Rent from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at the earliest at 15th. Check out before 10am.
Smoking, dogs and cats not allowed indoors. Min.age is 25 years for responsible tenant. Deposit: 2000 sek.
