At the inn Smygehus Vardshus and a short walking distance to the beach, pier and the beautiful open countryside, this cozy terraced house a short distance from the southernmost tip of Sweden, Smygehuk. You live in a beautiful setting with close distance to nature and countryside. For the golf enthusiasts there is at least five golf courses within 50 km (approx 2-3 km to Beddinge Golf court).
Electricity is included. Final cleaning included. Towels and extra bed can be rented at the reception.
The lower floor has a living room with cable TV, kitchenette, and a larger bathroom with WC / shower. Small terrace with its garden furniture adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all crockery, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with two beds in each room, and a small toilet.
The house is located in Smygehamn. The guests have access to outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, table tennis, billiards and boules within the resort.
In Smygehamn there are cozy boutiques, art galleries, handicraft shops, a marina, restaurant, fish smoking, kiosk, etc.
Distance to Trelleborg: 15 km, Malmo: 46 km, Copenhagen: 79 km, Ystad: 32 km, Simrishamn: 72 km.
Food store: 300 m, Pharmacy: Trelleborg, Bank: Smygehamn, Bus Stop: 100 m, Liquor shop: Trelleborg
Check-in: Saturday from 15:00.
Check-out: Saturday before 10:00 am.
Reception in the main building where the key is fetched / provided.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets not allowed.
