Welcome to this pleasant holiday home with wonderful views of the sea and only 100 m to the sea, it is easy to enjoy and enjoy life. The lovely garden with outdoor furniture and the glazed conservatory with dining table and sliding doors invite cozy stays and meals in the outdoor environment. The house is practically furnished with a kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs (steep stairs, sloping ceilings) there is another bedroom with two single beds and a walk-through room with sofa. Amenities such as washer (built-in dryer), dishwasher, microwave, TV and Internet are available. Between the plot and the sea, a walking path leads to the cozy fishing village Skillinge with a bathing jetty, shop, marina and picturesque small streets to stroll on. If you follow the coast a couple of kilometers in the other direction, you come to one of Österlen's beautiful sandy beaches. You will find a pool at Borrby beach bath where you will also find mini golf. If you are a keen rider you will find a stable in Borrby. There is a lot to see and do in the whole area. Feel free to visit the medieval castle Glimmingehus or walk up to the mythical Ales stones at Kåseberga. Both Simrishamn and Ystad are cozy towns that invite shopping, café and interesting sights to visit. Sweden's southernmost national park Stenshuvud is located a couple of miles north of Skillinge with wonderful views of Hanö Bay. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses and the bike paths are many. The small scale is significant for Österlen and all the small farm shops, studios and artisans welcome visitors.
