Own parking & storage room with barbecue, sun loungers, & indoor / outdoor games.
A few km from Gotland's best designated beaches & fishing spots such as Sjauster & Grynge, Katthammarsvik & Sandviken etc . in this year's parish 2021.
BEDROOM IN THE NORTH: 3 single beds 80, 90cm, patio door, view of the forest landscape o the back patio, 2 clothes closets, TV 42 " swivel arm with Comhem 29 channels. Wireless fiber WIFi.
+ an 80x200cm bunk bed m new 18cm mattresses in the living room / kitchen opposite the bathroom. Drapery to pull for towards the kitchen. & 1garderob with extra duvets, sheets & towels.
BATHROOM: fully tiled, underfloor heating, water toilet, sink, shower, 7kg washing machine, silent automatic moisture fan, hairdryer.
KITCHEN: fully equipped drawers & cupboards, fan, trinett kitchen with fridge + freezer & countertop oven, microwave, countertop dishwasher, Sodastream, Airfryer, hand blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor. Table, 4 chairs + clapboard chair. 1 Cleaning wardrobe with full cleaning equipment,
Local: bus stop and bike rental at the entrance and nearest neighbor 150m away, local farm shops m eggs, meat, vegetables & sheepskin, grocery store, fish smokers, restaurants, cafes, craft houses, studios, medieval market, culture houses etc. Naturvackra Herrgårdsklint & Torsburgen, & hiking trails such as Linnés & Östkustleden. Visby 4.6 miles.

The number of residents must not exceed the number of beds. Non-smoking inside the cottage. Pets permitted
PRICES: *Low season: from 4900:-/week 14-26, 33-39.
*HIGH SEASON: 6900.-/week 27-32.
Changeover day: SATURDAY. Access to the cottage from 14:00 to 13:00 the following Saturday. You choose how many days you want to stay during the week, but the price is per week during high season. Only days other season.

Soap, shower supplies, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, dish brush, kitchentowel, plastic bags, 1 toilet & kitchen paper roll are available. You are responsible for other consumables. Extra sheets & towels are available, leave it washed.
The cleaning is your own tenants, & is left at least as well as when you arrived, you can also hire a cleaning company.

Guest review: "Small but nigglingly good, rarely has the saying been more accurate than at Tina's little cottage in Gammelgarn. The cottage is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, barbecue and more. In addition, a plentiful selection of games for both indoor and outdoor use. The cottage is strategically located on Östergarnslandet with a number of nice beaches and attractions within (adult) cycling distance. Our beach favorite was Sjaustre, although Grynge and Sandviken will not be long after. The Tempo store in Katt(hammars)vik has a good assortment. Fornborgen Herrgårdsklint (3km from the cottage) is well worth a visit, not least for the sake of the view. If you are really lucky, you can also hear the landlady's beautiful singing in the evening. /Magnus and Annika (who had a party week in your cottage!)"

"A small cozy house in the forest on Östergarnslandet. When you see the house from the outside, it looks very small. But guess how surprised you'll be when you come in. The small house is spacious and very well stocked. You will not be dissatisfied, but the house is equipped with everything you need. From kitchen utensils to board games. Yes, just about everything. I o my two teenagers really enjoyed the house and the landlord was very accommodating and helpful. Please Elisabeth"

We are very pleased with this cozy and homely accommodation that offered its finest sides with östergarnslandet's nature and sights. Ancient castles, flea markets, good ice cream, handicrafts, sandy beaches and shops up close have made the week in your little cottage such a nice holiday life. Having sleepovers o "cottage sit" during rainy days has also contributed to total relaxation. The patios o hammocken have been used extensively, we have really cozy here.
