Hello and welcome to Viken this summer.
Mikael and Lotta are our names. We have lived in Viken for 25 years and love it. We now have two houses in Viken and intend to rent out one of the houses.
The villa: is 165 sqm with 4 bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, 2 living rooms and kitchen. There is also a garage available for storage. Floor 2 is newly renovated with 2 new bathroom/bedrooms and living room ready May 2023. Ground floor with two bedrooms, kitchen and larger living room is basically original laundry room with newer machines.
Fiber installed wifi100/100 and a smart TV.
Corner plot: Beautifully nestled in lush greenery. There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture, chairs and tables for 8 people. It is a quiet area with lush gardens and tall pine trees. The buildings consist of permanent villas and holiday homes. Walking distance 300 m to the beach and Vikens 9 hole golf course.
Changeover days is normaly Fridays starting at 15:00 departure 10:00. Example V28 start 24 of July.
Sleeps: 4 bedrogs with 7 beds, and a sofa bed with a maximum of 2 beds in the living room floor 2. Pillows, duvet and kitchen towels are provided. You need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases as well as bath and shower towels.
Payment: Swish for Swedish guests 50% on confirmed booking and 50% on arrival. Free cancellation low / high season max 2 weeks before access. (May 2023 payment on arrival).
Keys are given on arrival, normally Mikael meets you on site
