The charming cottage overlooks a lake with crystal and drinkable water. Surrounded by a small garden, forest trees and in a mostly unbroken peace. The property is around 1,5 acres, including the residence of the landlord. The bridge deck is about 50 meters away. Access to a rowing-boat, life-wests and fishing permit. Perfect for divers. Flat rocks. Craggy. Lakes with sandy beaches or safety play areas for small kids are located some kilometers away. The wilderness bird, black-throated diver with its fateful and lovely song, is breeding at the lake.
In the house you will find an entrance room, a living-room with a fireplace and free access to firewood. A kitchenette with stove, micro, oven, fan, refrigerator and coffee machine. A small bedroom with one bed. A bedroom with one two-storeyed bed, one double bed (140 cm.) and one upper bed. WC. Electric heaters in all rooms. TV-antenna and cable. However, the guest has to bring a screen (+ digital box). Free WIFI. Smoking indoors is not allowed. The shower, in a detached building about 75 meters away, is newly renovated.
The cottage is superb for a family or couple.
A parking-lot close to the cottage. You will find a patio and a small breakfast terrace close to the house.
5 km. on a walking distance to the small town, Flen. Three bikes are possible to hire on deposit. For two adults and one youth (24").
Renting on a weekly basis, Sunday 2 p.m. - Sunday noon.

En väldigt mysig stuga med en fantastisk sjö ett stenkast bort. Vi tillbringade en minisemester (torsdag-söndag) i stugan och är mycket nöjda. Vårat främsta syfte med resan var fiske och vi fick upp några väldigt fina abborrar! Huset var precis det vi var ute efter, i sin enkelhet finns allt man behöver! Att kunna sitta och mysa framför den öppna spisen på kvällarna var underbart. Vi alla åkte från huset med en gemensam tanke: att vi absolut vill tillbringa fler semesterdagar där.
